Product Introduction
The S11/513/S20/522 series fully sealed oil-immersed transformers are suitable for AC 50Hz power systems with rated operating voltages of 20KV and below. They serve as distribution transformers in enterprises such as petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, and light industry, as well as in areas with significant dust.

Product Features
• Core: The core uses high-permeability grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. It is a new type of core, a fully mitered stacked core, with multi-stage stepped circular cross-section core columns, and the yoke and core are of equal cross-section.
• Windings: The windings adopt a corrugated oil duct and a non-immersion paint process, and are tightly bound with straps; the windings are all concentric coils: the high-voltage windings have taps corresponding to the required tap voltage, which are led to the tap changer. The switch is installed on the box cover and the power must be cut off before changing the tap voltage.
• Safety Protection Device: 30~2000kVA transformers are equipped with pressure relief valves; gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user needs;
• Oil Temperature Measuring Device: All transformers are equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, which is located at the top of the oil tank and extends into the oil by 120±10mm; 1000~2000KVA transformers are equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer;
• Transformer Tank: The transformer tank is made of corrugated walls, and the surface is powder coated with a firm paint film. The corrugated heat dissipation fins not only have a cooling function but also a "breathing" function. The elasticity of the corrugated heat dissipation fins compensates for the change in transformer oil volume caused by temperature changes. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer does not have an oil reservoir, reducing the overall height of the transformer; vacuum oil filling is used during transformer packaging, completely removing moisture from the transformer, and the transformer oil does not come into contact with air. This effectively prevents oxygen and moisture from entering the transformer, which could lead to a decline in transformer insulation performance and transformer oil aging, thus eliminating the need for periodic oil sample testing;
