Externally jacketed reactor

Multifunctional dispersed reaction kettle

Electrically heated reaction kettle

Sedimentation tank

Sedimentation tanks are used to separate insoluble and soluble substances from a solution. For example, insoluble substances such as starch, gum, protein, pectin, mucilage, and pigments in an aqueous extract can be precipitated by adding an appropriate amount of ethanol. The ethanol supernatant contains tannins, alkaloids, alcohol-soluble amino acids, glycosides, etc., thereby removing impurities and extracting effective medicinal components. Sedimentation tanks are used in the pharmaceutical, food, sugar, and pesticide industries, with the most common application being the precipitation and separation of extracts in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
